Welcome to iConnect! By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Registration & Country SelectionDuring registration, you must select your country. This determines your currency for all transactions. Country selection cannot be changed after registration.
2. Account Types- User Accounts: Can listen to music, follow artists, and purchase content. Cannot upload music or access browse feature.
- Business Accounts: Can upload music, withdraw earnings, access browse feature, and view performance analytics.
When uploading music, you can choose to make it free. Free music will not earn money until it reaches 50,000 plays. After reaching 50,000 plays, free music automatically converts to paid.
4. Subscription & AccessPurchased music access lasts for 30 days. After 30 days, you must renew your purchase to continue accessing the content.
5. Monetization and PayoutsFor every paid video or music you get your share of money. Payouts are processed based on the platform's revenue share model, which will be detailed in your artist dashboard.
6. Performance AnalyticsPerformance graphs are only available for business accounts. The graph displays data from when you switched to business account up to current date.
7. Respectful ConductThis app won't allow inappropriate language. We expect all users to respect everyone in the community. Harassment, bullying, or hate speech is strictly prohibited.
8. Content PolicyNo posting sexual content. This includes videos, images, comments, and profile pictures. Accounts violating this rule will be suspended or permanently banned.
9. Comment ModerationNo commenting hate speech on the comments section. The system will automatically delete and warn you. Repeated offenses will result in a warning, followed by suspension of commenting privileges or a full account ban.
10. Copyright and RepostingYou are responsible for the content you upload. By default, other users are allowed to repost your content unless you explicitly disable this option during upload. Posting content owned by someone else without permission is a copyright infringement and may result in content removal or account suspension.
